Eligibility
We accept requests for eligible new merchandise whether it is defective or non-defective, and we accept exchange requests. A preference-change or mistaken-selection item must be new, unused, and in original condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may be reported without requiring them to stay undamaged.
Starting a request
Within 30 days after delivery, send the order number, checkout email, reason, and useful photos or video for an item issue to fisecazufu22@gmail.com . Obtain approval before mailing; the reply provides the correct return destination and instructions.
Labels and resolution
A free prepaid return label is included in the original package. Contact us if it is missing or lost; eligible approved returns have no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and available inventory. Once a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original method within 10 days. A bank or provider may take longer to post the credit.
