When does delivery begin?

Can I return an unused choice?
Eligible new, unused non-defective items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. We also review defects, damage, wrong or incomplete items, and material description differences; exchanges depend on review and stock.
What happens after approval?
Get approval before sending an item. The package contains a free prepaid label and no restocking fee applies to an eligible approved return. An approved original-method refund is processed or initiated within 10 days, though the bank may post it later. Read the Refund Policy or use Contact Us for a specific order.
